Candidates will have a detailed discussion with our professional team to establish their qualifications, career goals and ambitions, enabling us to match them with a suitable vacancy.
We ensure candidate’s CVs are up to date and contain all key information. We also monitor the recruitment process the whole way, ensuring candidates are provided with all relevant information at all stages.
In preparation for their interview, candidates will have been given the job profile & person specification, have been briefed about the organisation and provided all relevant information requested by the client. They will also be properly trained in interviewing and selection techniques.
Successful candidates will undergo several short-listing stages before being offered the position. We handle all offers and negotiations between both client and candidates including counter offers and objections.
If you are unsuccessful in being hired for a role, we dedicate the time to provide all our candidates with feedback as soon as we are aware that they are not suitable or as soon as a client rejects an application, whether this be following the sending of a CV or the completion of interviews.
