Advertise your role(s)
We will ensure that the role(s) proves a compelling proposition to candidates. Following a briefing with you, we will review the job and person specifications and arrange a bespoke candidate pack for the recruitment process. We will also create a bespoke search strategy to identify candidates proactively.

Find the right candidate
We will respond to all advertising responses and engage proactively with target talent via search and apprise them of the role, staying in touch during the application window. We will also undertake longlist interviews with the selected candidates.

Hire The Best
TristoneNash will handle the rejection process as well as any offers and negotiations between clients and candidates, including counter offers and objections. We ensure all New starter forms are completed, safeguarding & Compliance Audits including Final referencing and provide post Placement (Aftercare).
