Recruitment Resourcing Administrator

TristoneNash are an independent specialist recruitment consultancy who work exclusively within the affordable housing & property sectors.

Our team of highly knowledgeable and well-connected consultants have over 2 decades experience providing dedicated recruitment solutions to clients which include Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Housebuilders, Developers, Contractors and Charities.

Due to growth, we are looking to appoint a Recruitment Resourcing Administrator to join us on the next stage of our companies’ long-term strategy.

 Role

The positions will be varied and will offer the successful candidate a full introduction the recruitment industry.

Some examples are:

  • CV formatting & database management
  • Candidate Calls & Screening
  • Candidate Registrations
  • Compliance administration
  • Assist in Arranging interviews
  • Producing Contracts
  • Timesheet and Payroll
  • Advertising & Marketing

Person

We are looking for a fast paced and dynamic individual, someone who is hungry for success and wish to progress their career. You will have a high attention to details, demonstrate an organised approach to your work, and an ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.

Previous recruitment administration or resourcing experience would be advantageous and full training will also be given.

Also, any candidates who have previously used any recruitment databases (particularly Voyager Infinity) we would love to hear from.

Role

The positions will be fast paced and will offer the successful candidate(s) an opportunity to manage and develop relationships with a range of candidates and clients and the autonomy to build your own portfolio.

You will be an established affordable housing or property recruitment professional with specific sector experience behind you and be classed as a true market specialist.

We are particularly keen on speaking to experienced consultants who have worked on desks within the following sectors:

  • Affordable housing
  • Property, regeneration, and Development (Housing or Non-Housing Estates)
  • House Building (private house builders)
  • Public Sector Corporate Services
