Drew’s Knowledge of the Social Housing market in the UK is exceptional; this has seen him become the first point of contact for Recruitment for numerous registered providers. He is an experienced Business Development Director who finds opportunities, tenders, presents, implements, and manages operational day-to-day activities, and reviews key accounts for TristoneNash within the social housing sector.

Drew excels as an account manager / director and is first and foremost customer relations oriented which provides our clients with the trust that their account manager has their best interests at heart.

Originally before managing PSL agreements and accounts, his recruiting network and background was within Asset Management, Maintenance and Housing.

Danny is an experienced executive search consultant and is head of TristoneNash’s Executive Division covering both Interim and permanent markets.

With over 8 years’ experience recruiting Director-level housing & property professionals, he has built a strong reputation in the market for placing some of the industry’s leading figures within local authorities and housing associations across the UK.

Danny has led on many of TristoneNash’ key assignments, contributing to the successful development of our clients Housing, asset and investment, and development & regeneration growth strategies. This has included working on various disciplines such as Corporate Estates, Regeneration & Development, Housing, Asset, Building Safety, Sustainability & Decarbonisation, & Procurement.

As with all consultants at TristoneNash, Danny regularly attends conferences, seminars, networking events, and speaks daily to some of the sectors leading executive figures across the UK. This helps him keep fully up to speed with any changes in the sector or upcoming trends.

Natasha is also a member of Recruitment & Employment Confederation who has worked exclusively within the affordable housing sector for the best part of 20 years. She has a comprehensive understanding of providing recruitment support for Housing Providers and offers a wealth of knowledge. Originally coming from a Housing Management & Supported Living background, she also in recent times has worked with Asset Management & Maintenance teams, as well as running Executive recruitment campaigns for both interim and permanent staffing.

She has been instrumental in the organisation’s growth within the Southwest region and has been involved for the last 10+ years. Women in Social Housing is a business & support network set up for women working within the affordable housing sector. It has regional boards across the country and a central board based in London.

TristoneNash are proud supporters of WISH and as well an annual sponsorship for the regions, we are currently working in partnership and funding WISH to attract new young talent and spread awareness of the diversity of careers that are available within the sector.
